Google Drive (Your Client Workspace)
This is your private, secure project folder. It's our "single source of truth" for all project files and a storage space for your assets. We use this instead of email attachments to keep everything organised in one place
Google Meet
This is our tool for all formal, scheduled meetings. We use Google Meet because it's professional, auditable, and integrated into our calendar, allowing us to create clear "Meeting Minutes" and maintain a record of our project decisions.
Google Calendar - Appointment Scheduling
This is the fastest way to schedule our meetings and avoids email back-and-forth. It links directly to my live calendar, so you can book a time that works for you instantly.
Standard Email (Any Client)
This is our official "Audit Trail." You can use your preferred email client (Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.) to send instructions. We use Gmail to track and tag all key decisions.
Rule: To protect your project, any scope changes, budget approvals, or final sign-offs discussed verbally or on WhatsApp must be confirmed via email to be considered valid.
WhatsApp or Google Chat
This is our tools for quick, informal messages only.
Rule: All official feedback, files, and approvals must be sent via your Client Workspace or Email.
Zoho Assist
This is an optional, "on-demand" service for "hands-on" technical help. It is 100% secure, and you are in full control at all times.
