This guide explains how to use your private Client Workspace in Google Drive. This is our "single source of truth" for all project files, and this process helps our collaboration stay clear and organised.
What it is: Your Client Workspace is a private, secure Google Drive folder, created just for you.
Why we use it: It's a professional and efficient way to manage files. Instead of searching through email chains for attachments, all our work—from the first brief to the final deliverables—lives in one organised, secure place.
Our process is built on three simple actions:
This is the folder named [Client Name] - Midpoint CGI - Workspace that I shared with you in your Welcome Email. You have two simple paths to access it:
Path 1 (Recommended): If you have (or create) a free Google Account, you get the best experience, especially for editing on your phone.
Path 2 (Easy Access): If you don't have a Google Account, no problem. Just click the link, and Google will instantly send a secure PIN code to your email to verify your access.
This is our most important process for feedback.
When I upload a new file for review (like a design mockup or a document), I will send you an email notification.
Please avoid sending feedback in a long email.
Instead, open the file in Google Drive and use the "Add Comment" feature. You can click anywhere on a design or highlight any text to leave a specific comment.
Why? This keeps all our feedback "on the record," in context, and tied directly to the work. It's the clearest and most efficient path to clear revisions.
If you have files for me (like logo files, brand assets, or content documents), you can simply drag-and-drop them into the correct folder (e.g., Onboarding, Brand Kit etc).
